I've been taking about a dozen various powders, found it very time consuming and difficult to do this so came up with a solution: Mix the powders into a container aimed at being approximately a 2 week supply, this way I only need a certain # of scoups before or with my daily meals. It saves me a whole lotta time, especially after I figured out how many "spoons" of this and that equal a 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup, etc. So when I need a new batch I don't have to scoop out 20x. You need to first figure out how much you want to take per day, and when you make up one day worth, see how much it is, then you make up a 10 (or whatever) day supply based on those measurements.

IT IS worth the time and money, I've lost 45 lbs and most of my arthritis inflammation stiffness and soreness is GONE! I'm 61 and now can jog again like I used to do years ago. You must couple the supplements with a very healthy diet virtually free of "junk" foods and snacks, take up a regular exercise you like such as bicycling, jogging resistance training and watch the muffin top disappear. It's all lifestyle, and letting go of feelings of food indulgence for pleasure. You will eat good tasting food and not be hungry but NOT the same junk foods which made you fat. Like they say, "there is no food that tastes as good as being in shape". Once you start to eat a healthy diet, you'll realize how filling it is, but hard to get and stay fat eating it. You may have one of your favorite deserts every week or so but no longer as frequent as you used to.
