This is a technical analysis of the US stock market for 2020

We ALL expand the money supply every single time we use our credit card or any type of digital Supply has absolutely nothing to do with has to circulate in order to get inflation.

Peter this video was a little confusing - it would be helpful for thinking about how the money supply will contract next - central banks, outlaw bitcoin, tax net worth, and greater trade war. Also looks like a contracting M2 results in deflationary and not inflationary which most of your video talk to.

When Silver or Gold were used to be money Governmets could contract the money supply but not expand it more that you could mint gold or silver...that´s exaclty the reason that they Abandon the Gold Standard in 1971, they needed more that the 2% increase in gold production to meet then the money supply has only gone up, just like the stock market!

In the 1929-1930 era, the Fed made some mistakes with interest rates and policies that contracted the money supply. They'll admit this even today. That is why they always pump money and lower interest rates whenever the markets needs a stimulus. And this is why we need to raise interest rates now so that we can lower them again when we need to. Rates need to get to around 2.500 very soon and then leave them there for a while!
