The first one was obvious, we just saw that guy a few episodes ago. The second one I knew because I saw the previous seasons, and the third I figured it was some kind of White walker since it looked pretty much the same as the other.

well i guess i can see people missing bolton's guy joining the crows because literally the next scene in the next episode with the crows he was there. he got there too fast in my opinion
