This game needs more exposure. This is one of the better vids from E3 I've seen but highly recommend people check out the CCP fanfest Dust514 videos like "EVE fanfest 2012: Dust keynote" and "Dust514: Role on the Battlefield"

EVE Online is the space ship simulator PC half of the universe and deals with the economics, logistics, and support.

Dusk 514 is the first-person shooter PS3 half of the EVE universe and deals with the planet-side mercenary work and planetary resource and territory control.

Confirmed. However we dont know if there player created or game created, or both nor do we know how there awarded. In eve you can earn certificates(awarded by game), also medals which are created by players.
Dust has an award system.

Never heard of free-to-play on console? hello dc universe!, anyways one full game, and demo coming out this 22nd of January- Dust 514-full-free to play, and Dead Space 3 Demo.

in a way.. yes.. not yet though, and you´d have to buy the game.. but there is no monthly pay or however you´d call it

no dust 514 is not going to be on the vita but there will be a type of app for it.

I wonder how effecting the surfaces cannons will be at taking out the ships of eve players. Would be entertaining if there wasn't much infantry presence at all and it was just some guys from eve shelling the control points while the cannons on the surface shot back until everyone died.

An optional $20 if you want to be able to play it EVER weekend. You can still play without paying it's just that you may or may not be able to play for only one weekend. I can see why CCP did that because there are a lot of people that want to play this game.

it's supposed to go to open beta very soon and should be a free DL from home.. you need a beta code before it goes to open beta

it is about time that this sort of cross platform and genre started happening. Nothing original is going on at the moment and it takes free thinkers like CCP to bring gaming to the next level. People that are not more interested in their bank balance than the satisfaction of the gamer. Activision, EA and Blizzard could learn a few things from these guys.
