You can get higher than 19m in the range, just reload when you kill the target and go again - DPS continues to increase. Highest I've got with pretty much this build (although mine is 100% red with no Picaros holster) is 26m but most of the time it's maxing at 23m. That's at Lv21 expertise, so there's an additional few percent there.

The real trick is to ensure you have the crit hit chance at about 50% for the coyotes mask in case you end up in the 15m+ zone.
Also important to pay attention to is the fact the smgs have a high crit hit chance baked into the gun so the amount of chc needed elsewhere in the build is a lot lower, which means you can work on crit hit damage and thus max it out.

All though if you didn’t have the coyotes, you could run a grupo mask which would give you a flat 15% bonus to chd and that should get you going.

I’m only shd 200 (switched from ps5 to pc) and run this build with chameleon. Once you’re 2-3 clips in, it hits hard. Good for countdown.

Just set up this build I can see the potential but mine only has 1.1m armour I’m also using the scorpion shotgun instead of the AC12 I got my CHC at 56% and CHD at 122%. I’m going to grind this lot up the expertise level on these items of mine are also low so will take time.

I do minimal testing in the range. Maybe just to get some base numbers. I usually throw on a build or gear items and go free roam and get in some action. Need to see how it feels.

Guys remember, never run Striker gear set with Coyote mask in Div 2. Always use Catharsis if you want to emulate the Striker from The Division 1. Catharsis is made for the Striker in this game literally. Striker def need heals and survivability, same how he had in Div 1 and Catharsis is perfect for this. This above can work on heroic with no directives on, but anything above heroic with directives or legendary you want to use a bit more armor like 1.7, and Catharsis mask with a shield (firewall if you want to get more damage out of striker shield or gunner 80% of time and you don't need striker chest piece you can swap. And you will still melt enemies, don't worry).

I run a similar build with some different parts. I'll leave it here if anyone wanna test it:

4 striker's battlegear pieces. Mask, Holster, Backpack and Gloves. All core attributes to weapon damage. Attributes for the mask crit chance with a perfect crit chance mod. Holster attribute to crit hit dmg. Backpack with crit hit dmg (attribute + mod). Gloves with crit chance attribute. Chest I'm running a Grupo Sombra with core attribute weapon dmg and attribute + mod crit dmg and crit chance. For the kneepads fox's prayer with crit dmg. Guns dark winter and chameleon both with crit chance.

With that, crit chance goes to 60% and crit dmg 132%. Also running the gunner spec.

I figured it out I was having the same problem but I watch the video over and over I'm getting the damage but not the dps so when I do the shotgun max then I use the smg get past a million damage I started resetting my dps and then I saw it og from 2 million to 19 million hope that helps just keep resetting dps thanks for the video bro

Great video mate...I was a long time Xbox player and had 18 months off and came back to this game on PC 3 months ago and I'm really enjoying it again...I guess with only being level 258 I still have a long way to go to get up to your level but if you have any tips or tricks how I can increase my level quicker I'm all ears...
