VRChat Avatars 101 - Uploading your first avatar

In this tutorial series you can follow along and learn some basics when it comes to uploading avatars for VRChat. Today we’re going to learn a few basic things and by the end of it you should have an avatar you can upload to VRChat that will look nice, have eye tracking, and lip syncing.

something's wrong with my unity... i dont have the VRC stuff... i dont have a avitar descriptor... (i imported everything into unity and even gave it a restart but nothing comes up when i type VRC

Where are you finding this avatar folder to import? Is it something we have to find somewhere else? Or is it in your discord I'm not seeing? Do we have to create our own avatar somewhere that we aren't being told? I have so many questions after this video because I really think having an avatar like this is something I want to try but I am working from square one here.

i made my avatar with vroid but i wanted to edit him with this way but there is no model file for me. plz help

When I do that and upload to vrchat and change my model that I uploaded
from unity I can see my model to the right and my view point in which im
seeing is down wards plz help

I need Help!!!! Because when I go to VRchatSDK > Show Control Panel > Builder, It shows a VRCSceneDescriptor or VRCAvatarDescriptor is required to build VRchat SDK Content.

Well ive tried followed what you said but as soon as i upload the avatar it says "CustomAvatar Does Not Exist" error and i have no idea whats the problem.

So I clicked on Build and Publish but nothing pops up for the upload for some reason

this tutorial was great up until you got into unity, then it went to shit and you just dont explain how you're accessing dropdown boxes and interacting with windows, not to mention you have zoomed windows on top of dropdowns and its just not possible to see anything relevant
