Taking inspiration from the Greek legend of Achilles and set against a mythical backdrop, we set out to make a film that would hopefully match the epic themes presented in the song.

The instant that intro started it was obvious it was going to be Edge coming out. I thought he was going to use the full theme (which is really great), but Metalingus is HIS theme

I argue this is a top ten rock song of the decade Maybe even top 5. From a production perspective it is perfect. From a performance standpoint, It has all the elements of an instant classic that will only get better with time.

This is amazing. It is using so many different parts glueing it together in 1 piece. It has a story, a message and leaves nothing to say or ask, just wanting more of it. My favorite parts are 3&8 (1:07 - 1:41 and 3:44 - 4:40) by the way. I love how the 8th part somehow sucks the speed out of the song while applying even more pressure and intensity. That's what a bridge should be like.
Damn this song is just amazing. Good job, Alter Bridge!
