Excellent points:
1. Very sharp and to the point questions
2. A good representation of customers' concerns
3. Good follow-up questions

Some improvement points:
1. Kindly upload the interview as it was actually conducted. Don't cut out the any parts like in between two questions, the introductory remarks, complete ending, etc.
2. Before beginning with the questions in such interviews, kindly tell what is the agenda.
3. Avoid asking repetitive questions.
4. A more professional look from your side would be preferred for conducting interviews.
5. Replace "me" or "I" with "us" or "we" whenever representing a group of people.

I got Revolt last week
and still there's no update about Surge 10k

Wait a minute. He released in 2018 and said it could ship in six months. Covid has been from 2020 and 2021. He is full of stories. In 2018 he was ready to ship, now he wants money to develop a bike. He has had 3 years to get funds and still has no money. He loves to design and is reluctant to deliver. Good interview. I think his company needs some professional production assistance as he seems like a gifted designer with little production experience.
I will say he is about 6 months ahead of Simple 1.

I am not against startups and do understand they face challenges, but they must be aware of these when they want to venture into it
1) Basic communication from time-to-time with customer helps. No communication leaves customer into speculations
2) All people in this world are saints, atleast they portray so. So does he mean the money he got from customer for years now wasn't used to earn interest or make more money out of it...haha
3) I agree with him that design/looks is something which is subjective
4) Haters of Ola, if they would invest in Emote, then they will realize the actual wait times....

Good questions. But was too straight. Could have been little soft. When big players like ola are delaying due to technical issues, not to blame startup. I would still say the company has time. When they can put three batteries, why cant 1 battery be removable type at least provided with additional charger? Could be useful for people travelling to charge it faster.But would wait for products from "Made in India" Rather than "Make".
