Presenting A.C.E.

Accelerated Christian Education was founded in 1970 by Donald and Esther Howard in Garland, TX, USA. A.C.E. has taken a conventionally-styled textbook and divided it into bite-sized workbooks called PACEs (Packets of Accelerated Christian Education) which are full of self-instructional activities designed to develop thinking skills and create mastery learning. I was an ACE child. I also went to normal school, ACE was by far the best education system i have ever encountered. I had so many issues on every other school but with PACEs, it's just so impressively different. Best experience i ever had.

As someone who graduated from an ACE school, although be it almost 34 years ago, I see not much has changed (at least the ACE Tie has changed, after four years I still hate wearing them). I still think I got a good education, and it helped later when I went to Bible Collage. I can remember on OTS (Old Testament Survey) I "tore apart" our instructors on his "pre Creation theory". An A- and he
apologized to the class (there was another gal who was also an ACE kid as well).
