Pearl Wilson: Assistant: And just to clarify, what's the exact model?

Pearl Wilson: Assistant: Anything else we should know to help you best?
JustAnswer Customer: Had it switched off and empty, switched on still flashing drain and inlet and F 138
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Hi, I'm Daniel welcome to JustAnswer, Im reviewing your question now and will post back with your reply momentarily
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: F138 error code means water has leaked into the base and activated the flood switch.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Unplug the washer Then you need to do is pull the washer out and lean it 45 degrees backwards and this will allow the water to drain out from the base tray so you will need a towel for this part.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Once the water is out stand it upright and turn back on and that should have reset the error code.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Then retry it and see how it goes from there.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: Fingers crossed its a one off but if it happens again then theres somthing in there leaking so you need to find the cause of the leak.
Daniel: Home Appliance Technician: But try the above first and see how it goes from there and let me know.
JustAnswer Customer: Thank You very much Daniel, that sorted it!
JustAnswer Customer: Hadn't realised there was a flood switch.
JustAnswer Customer: Well Done!
