This site can’t be reached- vCenter Server

This is a very common error related to Vmware vcenter web-console where you are able to access the host client machine via UI/web console , even the vCenter server appliance is also accessible . But you are unable to reach vCenter web console by either providing the ip address /host name on the browser.
To remediate this issue , you just need to make small changes in the "hosts" file in your laptop/desktop from which you are trying to access the webconsole of vCenter. This worked a treat, I can now get to my Vsphere by entering my FQDN into the address bar, but doesn't work if I try IP only, so strange but I'm in so all good lol.
