You need 2 gallons of distilled water and the gallon of fog fluid. This machine will work for a very long time without stoping. The only thing you need to watch is how much water is in the machine because it will stop working. Water + Fluid = a long time

does the smoke raise like a fog machine as it heats what the output like compared to a realy dry ice and hot water
