Despite her skeleton appearing in a previous episode, Vicky lives and has made her return in the brand new episode of The Fairly OddParents: A New Wish titled "Operation: Birthday Takeback!" She's more evil than ever before as she's now a party performer who forces kids to make products for her online store under the guise of "party activities!" She quickly wants to take over Dale Dimmadome's empire and hijacks Dev's birthday in an attempt to do so. Cosmo, Wanda and Peri are all traumatized by Vicky's return, affirming that she's the reason Timmy Turner needed fairies in the first place! Let's breakdown Vicky's comeback and revisit the easter egg from Lost in Fairy World!

Everyone: "I thought you were dead" Vicky: "My death was greatly exaggerated"

Everyone: I thought Vicky was dead?!
Grim: I'm not touching that!!!

For all we know at this point, Vicky's not even human. It would explain a lot.

Vox: Peri is an antagonist who hates his parent.
*Peri is actually just embarrassed by his parents*
Vox: Vicky is dead.
*Vicky is actually alive*
Seems like when you make a theory, the opposite happens. XD

They admitted they took care of Timmy!
People thought it was a different timeline, but apparently it's not

If we're lucky this is likely the starting point of Dev's development, and Vicky can act as a great "this is what you will become if you don't fix your shit" foil for him if she shows up more. It was fun to see her again and I kinda love the fact Peri thought he imagined her this whole time.

The fact she gave Cosmo, Wanda AND Peri PTSD from their time with Timmy shows how evil she really is

Vicky: “you thought you never see me again didn’t you well too bad I’m alive”

I knew she wasn’t dead bc there was a plot synopsis for a future episode describing her return and it was a not so much delight to see her return. Great to hear the same va voicing her again and sad to know that Peri thought she was just a figment of his nightmares she truly traumatized him sm and he wasn’t even the main victim of her wrath. It was great to hear an official Timmy mention.

As an actual kid, having Vicky as a babysitter would be terrifying. But as an adult, pretending that I used to have a pretty yet abusive babysitter is the sort of fantasy I apply to my childhood in my head to get me through lonely days with rosy palm.

Here's a theory: Vicky's new scheme after this one will be to become Dev's new step-mother. I don't think we've heard anything about his mom and if we have, Vicky might try to get rid of her. I've always seen Vicky as the evil step-mother type. Even when I watched the show as a kid. This show would be the perfect place to show that.

Having two of the most iconic villains in the original series, Crocker and Vicky returning in The Fairly Oddparents:A New Wish is a special treat to have.

Honestly it kinda would’ve been interesting to see her change even a bit(appearance wise) as it’s been some years.

Something about hearing cosmo go "this is for Timmy!" really healed my inner child

for your theory at the end, allow me to get darker: what if that WAS the real Vicky and the one we see is the clone that Timmy wished for to cover his tracks? that'd also explain why she seemingly never aged

Vicky may be more evil than she used to be...but she's an ADULT now and as an adult, she can't pull the kind of garbage she used to without other adults knowing it.

The real trick is back in the day, she ONLY got away with tricking people for two reasons; the parents she worked for were idiots and the fact she was sixteen (no one EVER suspects a teenage babysitter to do something evil.) But Vicky's all grown up now and more often than not, adults never get away with lying (unless you're the former president.) So, it's going to be super fun to watch Vicky struggle for once

It does say something that Cosmo immediately states the hurt she did to Timmy, Shows he was truly their godson not just a passing task.

“Adults are her kryptonite” honestly it feels more like facing personal accountability is her kryptonite.

I genuinely had a moment where I thought “how is Vicky not greying?” before I remembered she’s supposed to be 16 originally, and thus isn’t even 40 yet.
