▬ A NOTE ON USING LED LIGHTS AS HALOGEN BULB REPLACEMENTS ▬
Aim your headlights AT LEAST once a year and ALWAYS after replacing the bulbs.
If the cutoff is bad or you can’t aim them accurately or the light output scatters, it is NOT safe to use. Try a different style of LED or one with a lower output that will be more compatible with your light housing. See my other videos for more reviews.
When I use the word “headlights”, I am referring to legal off-road use or fog light use only as replacing factory halogen bulbs with LEDs for headlights in the US is not currently legal nor a DOT approved practice. This video is only for informational purposes for using LED lights legally. Check your local laws and regulations.

Thanks for the information! I went down a rabbit hole looking for replacement lights and your channel was a great help!

Hey Jason, another great review!

I think I found a winning bulb for the reflector housing with a laser focused cut-off and less glare than OEM halogen while being much brighter.

Enter the Philips Ultinon Pro9000!

I would absolutely love to see it tested on your channel! Just don't expect it to perform in the projector - it's mainly designed for reflectors.

You should do a test on all the Main Sylvania Halogen lights from Basic -Zxe's, I know it ain't led but I've wanted to see a proper beam pattern and lux test on all of them with good quality and your reviews are perfect. Keep up the great work.

Fahren's site is so confusing, making it next to impossible to compare or choose which is good/better/best for a given size. I ended up getting the Ursprung for my Honda Element. I had someone install them for me, only because for some reason the spring clip used on the Honda was distorted on one side and I could not get the old bulb out. The technician who installed them had trouble installing them because of the Fahren's fan housing, and told me that if I needed to remove them it could be more difficult than just unfastening the wire clip.

I am mostly happy with the new bulbs. They are certainly throw a brighter and whiter light than halogens on low beam, but it seems like the high beam is not as bright as I would have expected. I don't think it is the alignment of the LED's, and I have aimed the headlights properly. But not being able to compare the halogens and LED's back-to-back, I cannot say if it is merely because the low beams of the LED is so bright already that the difference in high beam is not as great.

Your videos are great. I know keeping up with a channel is not easy or profitable, but for the retrofiters out there it would be great to test different affordable projectors. There's a lot of Chinese out there, with very poor quality, and there are some decent or good. Thanks!

Great video! When you mention reduced longevity due its temperature, based on your research and experience how many hours would they last, Fahren claims around 50K hours

Just installed these in my '13 Ford Escape. Had to use canbus decoders to get them to work. Light output is excellent compared to oem 55w halogens reflector housing. I got the Krieges after seeing your review of them. I had the Forscher bulbs ordered and had to cancel them after seeing this video. Please review the Termitors soon. If not, I might upgrade to the Hikira 2023 Titanovas. The light output on those are out of this word. Thanks for all that you do.
