It’s not a good album or anything (though it is amusing at points), but if you look back at the review, he called a couple of the instrumentals cool, and almost entirely focused on the lyrics.

Frank has always had trouble being comfortable with his music. i don’t understand the people that want quantity over quality. Blond was easily his best work and it took him almost a decade. i don’t know why people expect him to release an album anytime soon.
