I’m a new lifelong vegan a couple of months now! I always wanted to do it and I’m finally sticking it out!
It’s true what they say, you only regret not doing it sooner and you beat yourself up about supporting that industry before because it’s just not worth it at all. Better to move on to a better way though than to stay involved in that cycle of exploitation I suppose! You guys help a lot and it’s because of people like you who’ve been on the vegan wagon for years that’s ultimately made it more accessible for people like myself, so thank you! ✌️

In order to buy sosmix
I don't even think they make it anymore
In Germany we have lots of health food shops
Called Reformhaus.
They are also more expensive than the ordinary shops too.
But if you need lacto-bacillus capsules
To make vegan yogurt - that is where you need to go.

Hey great video I do love that shop I used to shop they so much but never been for ages as was spending way to much they but it's ok for the odd bites - a video on upcoming vegan food stuff wood be amazing to let us all know what to look out for for example I keep hearing that greggs is bringing out more stuff not sure thanks mates x,
