Edit: Please, go back to the store you purchased this 3310, and ask your money back. The original is glossy red, has white backlighted buttons, the Nokia tune, on launch screen, is "off" and Snake in-game screen is green/not, not a black background and multicoloured snake and "food". And kill the employees at the store with fire...

I hate when they try to sell me knockoffs for originals. Especially if they "hang" me like that.

Sorry to say but you have review a lots of cheap Nokia before, you should know how the Nokia menu will look like after you choose any option. I have use 4 - 5 Nokia myself, only the icon is different but the menu almost similar to all phone. For this phone, even the camera apps is different than the original Nokia camera apps.
