This ruling is a catastrophic blunder. Courts have ZERO education, training, and experience in the matters under regulation, and they are S L O W. Now, instead of having a consistent and relatively streamlined regulatory process, our businesses will have a minefield of multiple conflicting judicial rulings that differ depending on the jurisdiction.
