Delonghi Perfecto Indoor Grill Review and Demo

To clean, make sure the unit is is off and completely cool. Remove the temperature control and wipe it off with a damp cloth and dry. The base, lid, drip tray and spatula can be washed in hot soapy water and dried. The cooking plate is dishwasher safe or hand wash. I think the drip tray is dishwasher safe, looks like they missed a few words in the cleaning instructions.

I actually bought one. The best stuff i make on it is grilled chicken breast. Do it on high, check temp with thermometer and pull. Tent cover with foil for a couple of minutes and you have the juiciest chicken breast.
