OST is fantastic, love that its a mix of music from a bunch of the old games. Really happy to hear the Super Mario World Athletic Theme, and tracks from Super Mario 64. If anything, this OST will be amazing.

at 0:42 you can see Mario doing the 3D world run. This movie looks amazing, and the detail is incredible down to how Mario Runs. I'm calling it now best Illumination Film by far.

To think that Illumination would go from making cashgrabs to this so-far masterpiece? I know Nintendo is playing a MAJOR role here, but still. This movie looks absolutely amazing and this clip actually makes me very happy. We've never really seen any full scenes before, so seeing the characters interact with eachother for more than 5 seconds at most is quite pleasant to see.
Also, love the soundtrack remixing the original SMB theme with the other games'. Really fits well.

Wow, just a few years ago we dreaded Illumination being the ones behind the movie. Amazing things can happen if you actually try and not just pick the easy route for a quick buck.

It’s cool hearing Mario not having a voice and not just 4 letter sentences. I love it. People can say what they want, but almost 2 hours of high pitch Mario, I’d die… This flows so smoothly.
