Im about a month and one week after my surgery it was on the 25th of may. 2024. And ive lost over 50 pounds since starting my medi meals and then after surgery i havent been under 250 since i was about 20 or 21 or so. I have been enjoying the recipies on this channel and its nice to see other people making it you know? So thanks for shareing your story. Gives me hope for my own weightlost

Can you please do a video about how u lost your regain? I was sleeved in 2014 and I’m struggling with a 45 pound regain. Not sure what to do or where to start. I know I need movement and water. Any advise?
