The prostitution must be legalized in order to wipe out the dark economy. At least the govt will get monies in taxes for the benefits of the people. The women are willing for their body & lust & so do men. As long no harm or force to the people to this kind of work then the govt legalized it for the benefits of all. Legalized this work liked other normal occupation which taxes back to the govt/people & other normal perks that comes along with it.

There is no RLD like in Amsterdam, Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket in Malaysia.
In Changkat Bukit Bintang-Kuala Lumpur only available Bar, Cafe, and entertainment outlets.
