Crazy insane new polo, my 1.2 year old polo 40 year edition looks like garbage now, really love the new interior and exterior, i would actually argue that it might even beat the new golf 7.5 in style, specially if you compare prices.

Hi Guys, a suggestion- with the detailed review videos also make some short ones, like 5-10 mins one.. As an example Carwow used the above clip and added voice over added caption as "New 2018 VW polo..." and got 350000 plus views whereas you detailed review got 45000 so far. I hate when hard working, honest people are outnumbered and outpaced by tricksters and wannabes . People who are not car enthusiasts sometimes like 5-10 mins videos and may not watch your videos seeing 45/30 mins .So please think about my suggestion Team. I want Autogefuhl to grow. Good Luck.

People keep saying about rear brakes being drum. I believe it's the same as just replaced Polo in that the 1.5TSI "evo" engine cars & above (as in the old MK5 6c Polo BlueGT 1.4TSI 150ps & above have rear disc brakes - I have a 2015 BlueGT it's disc around). Think it is more the case of nothing available to press for driving duties but the lower power 1.0TSI 110ps or 1.6TDI 90ps/Beats edition which is I believe 1.0TSI 110ps only engine option which would all have rear drum brakes. The just replaced BlueGT/GTI have discs all round & they would not have drums on the new versions of GT/GTI when they are heavier + bit more powerful. Note they do same thing on Golf with rear drums on low power models then anything 125ps & above disc around.

Wow that sunroof is so wide which looks sweet, but the sunroof hole is comedically small in comparison. Worse than in the Golf.

When will they start producing this new version? I'm curious about that because my dad gets a new VW Polo for his work at the end of this year and I really want it to be the new VW Polo! We had a VW Polo in Hot Orange for the past 5 years and I really would like the new Polo because I can drive in it when I have my driving license :p

Not sure the difference in price wil be that much. Before getting a mark 7 Golf GTI, I sat in a Polo and it was simply too small.... and I mean two sizes too small, for transporting 4 tall adults. The Golf also came with a tremendous amount of standard kit, which the previous Polo had as expensive options. If this we Polo is much larger and of higher quality, it will be interesting to know what the difference in price really will be. The Golf is not big internally. I reckon that it is about the same interior size as my old Jazz, which somebody stoved in.
