Accessing any computer using IP address would be considered as a hacking technique as per cyber crime police. Instead, I would recommend accessing computers remotely by using tools like logmein, R-HUB remote support servers etc. These tools are legal and widely used by businesses globally for remotely accessing computers with due permission of their clients, customers, employees etc.
