To those wondering: the reason Jinshi or the Emperor don't just step in and help Lishu is because having attendants dismissed by them would be interpreted as Lishu being punished.

It has to be Lishu herself, but she's a timid kid who doesn't understand how inappropriate this behavior is. Ordinarily a noble girl this young would be expected to have a head attendant empowered by the girl's family to keep everything in line. That ... has not happened for poor baby Lishu.

Imagine being so disloyal to the one you're supposed to serve that you literally steal the very item that's meant to establish her status, and you wear it with pride. I find it very hard to believe she was not fired from her services for such disrespect. The episode didn't show it, but like, come on... If Lishu's entire staff except Kanan are not outed and ousted for bullying a child, let alone one under the Emperor's grace who they swore to serve, this one must have for taking it a step further.
