HEY FRIENDS! Note that Form I-130A should also be included in the application packet when filing for adjustment of status through your spouse. I forgot to include that form on my slide!!!

You’re amazing, thank you. I love my man and he loves me. I’m so happy now he took the leap of faith to ask me to be his wife and I said yes. We are as genuine as it comes and are happy together, but gosh the stories people tell will make you nervous lol. We have our interview soon and because of your channel I can relax 😊 Thank you.

This video dispelled so many myths. Thank you! A bona fide marriage with legal entry and no preconceived intent is all it takes! File ASAP.

I understand applying for adjustment of status as soon as possible. However, is the gathering of information that will take long such as utility bills, lease, mortgages, life and health insurances, medical histories on both being beneficiaries, photos, tax returns filled jointly and the list goes on. I personally prefer to wait and have as much done....

The only thing that should be required for permanent legal residency through marriage is a clean background check, and an approved I-130.
After that approval should be automatic. Anything more is a violation of the American spouses due process rights and most likely the first amendment.

You are a smart attorney the way you are rocking with the videos. I'm from Woodmere. I'm here because I'm studying for immigration law paralegal class.

My name is Christy, true there’s danger in waiting, this was my case I didn’t have the filing fee because I have to file for myself & kids but finally when I did I used a lawyer the lawyer was the one who messed me up. After ten months I was denied because of improper filing.

If you’re someone able to learn from NOLO immigration books, any other books on immigration matters, USCIS instructions, blogs about immigration, youtube videos etc. then take yourself 2-3 months to watch as many videos as possible, browse the USCIS website and I promise you will be as confident as this lawyer to file for your own adjustment of status I-485, employment authorization I-765, affidavit of support I-864, application for travel document I-131 if you need to travel during the process of your application plus supporting documents. It is not as complex as it looks. God bless everyone!

I am Egyptian who married to US citizen and have two beautiful boys 3 and 5 years old from her. We had married in Egypt and my kids born there and lived there since married. My kids now had filled N600k application through their grandmother and their case under checking now with the USCIS. I need to make adjustment status.
Two questions:
First, Should I wait until my kids case finish then I file?

Second, should I wait three months from my residency on the US soil before I file anything for myself as I had been advised.

FYI, I am here with b1/b2 visa Lawfully and admitted. This is the second visit to me here.

If she comes to the us on vacation, to visit me. And we decide to go and get married. Then she returns home once her vacation is over. Can I file adjustment of status for her while she is back in her home country. Please help me. Thanks.

Hi,
Is b1/b2 visa included in the lawful status for lpr petition? Coz you only mention work and student visas. Thanks
