That my personal opinion, but i think that Yotsomura is the who didn't go all out, why i think that?
Here's the point:-

1. At the end of the day, Shisiba is Yotsomura's student, and a teacher didn't want to "kill" his student.

2. Like Yotsomura, Amane (his son) use the same weapon, BUT Amane's one is '4 stuff', while Yotsomura's one is '3 stuff', so my theory is, if Amane has mastery in '4 stuff', then obviously Yotsomura has more mastery than Amane in '4 stuff' weapon .

By the way, what is the name of Yotsomura and Aname's weapon ??

I bet Kenjaku made a binding vow saying Sukuna can’t hurt Kenjaku because Kenjaku gave Sukuna his fingers.

One thing I realized that heavily backs this theory up is with how explaining your cursed technique increases the effectiveness of it on whoever heard the explanation, and Kenjaku outright told Gojo how his technique allows him to take people’s bodies, which would mean that his body is more susceptible to the technique.
Also as a side note, we haven’t seen if he ever told Geto his technique before taking his body, which is maybe why Geto still has some control over his body even in death, because Kenjaku’s technique wasn’t at full potential when he took it.
