If your like me you cant afford to make mistakes when buying art supplies. Especially paint pens that can either make or ruin a piece. This was one of your most important videos as far as information shared with your viewers. I've watched and rewatched and shared the results with everyone I know in my art community so that we can make practical improvements when purchasing our art supplies. Thank you soo much Ten Hun! We love you!

I used to work in an art store and your #2 Posca was definitely the best for black pigment markers. But I don’t think we had Montana.

Interested to try it.

Poska pigment fades and becomes very white after time... Molotow holds its colour for up to 5 years longer and that's why they coast more... I did a side by side time test only to find poska faded dramatically and didn't hold its pigments

The light paints and colours are really difficult white, cream light blue etc, with the need to do a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th layer really womps.

the added value of molotow is that they are buff proof, water resistant, they are graffiti markers. The extra price if for the ink/paint

It depends what for, for graff brands like krink, grog, otr or flux are best but for flashy drawings or blank slaps then things like posca

Have you tryed the Ironlak painters ? In my experience these have been right up there with the molowtows and montanas and cheap at the local shops

Pretty cool Montana Garganteous Shaver nib.
But, what is the smallest super fine, extra small acrylic marker for the little stuff. Very fine details on a guitar top, on wood that is unfinished sanded to 320, semi smooth surface

what is the smaller nib out there ?

Nvr tried Montana. Then, I've been using Posca's but i just came across Molotows. I kinda like them more but they are definitely more expensive. Poscas just require more layers on different types of surface sometimes. Which, makes the coloring phase not so fun.

What about a marker fill with golden high flow? ✍️😀

Must be nice to be so supported and paid that you can just play around with money. Then record it so other starving artist like myself can just imagine what it would be like. 😊

The Molotow are expensive because they have a higher level of lightfastness I think.

You can’t judge them if you’re not using them in the street.

Yeah no, Montana mustve paid you. The REAL order in all honesty, is. 1.Molotow 2. Posca 3.Montana. All up there in quality n above average..but Molotow out performs them all in every way and it's worth the price

Molotow comes full of ink! Posca comes barely a third full. The molotow has a better valve system.
