A mechanic without tools is nothing. You must have screw set to open the clutch assembly rather than hitting it. Shameful

I think my belt has snapped but I still have to remove the housing. I was doing about 100kmph and the rest wheel locked up and then eased a little and then released completely allowing me to free wheel. The odd thing is that the engine also cut out and will no longer start. Any suggestions please
