My life with tools. Some examples with not a Snap On among them. This is where my opinions come from. A walk around the homestead yielded plenty of non-Snap On tools, but plenty of other tools and brands upon which my experience with them has shaped how I approach Snap On tools today.

You should do a toolbox/garage tour so we can see where you store your vast selection of tools

I started buying tools as a kid when I got a paper route. Still have most of them. There are so many great tools on the market that sticking to a brand or two is essentially mindless. I see a box full of matching handles and think...well...you don't want to know what I think. There's an enormous world of fantastic tools that lies between Craftsman and truck brands.

I’m a professional technician and I use Snap-On tools.
For someone that is a DIYer and using Snap-On tools, you must have deep pockets 👍.
At one point, I was buying cheaper tools for working in the garage and got frustrated because I was so used to using Snap-On. I got rid of the cheap stuff and now use Snap-On at home.

I love giving my older stuff away when I upgrade. Last fall I went to a tool swap and had a FREE table. But, you had to be new to the sport and promise me you weren't going to flip it on craig's list.

Most of my combination wrenches and adjustable wrenches are industrial finish, although snap on or williams. I just like the look and feel better, and by now I am reluctant to change. I also thought since they are not bright and shiny, they might be less prone to theft. I think the price point is a bit lower. You do have to beware of moisture and rust.

The Snap-on T-Handles are okay but I think the handle on that husky is more durable the Snap-on is thin and they feel as if you put to much force on them the handle will crack away from the shaft just in my opinion and thats with not being hard on them but they could had designed them better .... Them hammer head craftsman cutters you were holding with the black handles are great too I use to use them all the time I still have them the set I have is not craftsman though but that design does come in handy
