I'm assuming that this video was posted by ABC11 itself. A TV affiliate for a major television network, where the staff should know how to write English. So (and I know most people couldn't care less), the video headline should read "French train lines...". Come on people, use the adjective when modifying the noun lines, so French is the word. Would the writer have said "England train lines" or "Italy train lines"? A little thought, please.
