ACTech CNC Machining

Using 5-axis-simultaneous milling centers, equipped with changeable table systems with tables up to 1,500 mm in size and a 3-shift operation, we are able to quickly produce completely machined prototypes from raw castings which are ready to be installed. CNC programming with the 3D CAD dataset, machining simulations and raw part alignment using the optical measurement results ensure minimum scrap quota and very short processing times.
