J. G. Quintel talks Regular Show reboot

J. G. Quintel has such a unique way of comedy and had a show so iconic, all the boys from my high school talked like Mordecai and Rigby and we all were quoting the show constantly. It felt like this generation's Beavis and Butthead.

Can we please have more Regular Show? I love Close Enough, don’t get me wrong, but I have literally had a hole in my life since Regular Show ended that I can’t fill with anything else. I will NEVER forget Regular Show and, and I know that I speak for many others as well when I say this!

If Regular Show comes back, I would NOT want it to be an adult show. Close Enough made me realize Regular Show wouldn't have been very special had it not been for the restrictions. Part of the fun with Regular Show was seeing how far the creators could cross the line. When you remove the line, you take away what made it unique.

Regular Show would work great as an adult show. It already toed the line of what you could do in a kids show with some of the lines and jokes. I remember being a kid and being shocked when I heard Mordecai say the word "pissed."

I’m so grateful to have had Regular Show as long as we did. It was on for 8 years and was great the whole time with a movie too. My favorite cartoon possibly of all time.

I was sad that Close Enough got canceled after four seasons but I am glad to see that Regular Show is making a comeback. Let’s hope it still has that same vibe the original had.
