Forget all that. My husband was so desperate to cure me we did meditation, the remove fat diet, plasma exchange, yoga; rehab. Just living; even if you are 100% healthy you need all those things. I'm going back to smoking, drinking, recreational drugs and doing everything they tell me not to do. Eating fast food or a pint of ice cream for dinner. Get out there and over do it for 4 days and just lie in bed for 2 days after. I swam with dolphins! I did test track ND soaring. Laughed the whole time! Next trip to Washington dc to see the museums and monuments. Everything will hurt at the end if the day. But it does now if I don't do anything. ❤.

No disrespect but I’ve heard gripe that you have a bit of a tremor when you whisk your eggs, I couldn’t do this my aggressive MS is lucky to let me walk with the assistance of a cane so grateful my friend for the small yet large things you can do. In fact, I have to do voice to text to get this done and Siri isn’t a very good listener lol I guess I’m just trying to say enjoy the small victories, my friend I could not do what you do so in that regard you can do something someone else can I trust you’re grateful for those small victories

There's no way I could do any of that. For me, that's the reality of life with MS.

It will kill you, in the end. It destroyed my dads life. I watched him suffer from the age 6 till I was 24. I watched him suffer... you eventually end up having so many seizures, it can't be stopped...and you eventually die. I've been having symptoms for years... but I'm just trying to ignore them. I already have crohns and don't have a quality of life. I'm a white female, and my father had it. So I have a 97% of enheriting it. Pray for me. And pray for everyone with it. ❤
