How to create documentation with sphinx

Sphinx is a tool that makes it easy to create intelligent and beautiful documentation.
Sphinx uses reStructuredText as its markup language, and many of its strengths come from the power and straightforwardness of reStructuredText and its parsing and translating suite, the Docutils.

Great Video.... But how to do this in VS code and Windows 10

Any help on Google is a total mess about how to visualize in HTML a RST. I found an extension on VSC to directly see the result of a srt, and for a strange reason sphinx was not well installed... Other suggestions were telling to use docutils, wich not easy for a first try. This is strange how most of programmers make it difficult.

In your content you have created sub headings like in About MX Studio you have subheadings inside it but those are not visible at main page. How to do that? I am using Sphinx, reStructured Text and Visual Studio Code. and I am not able to make sub heading as they are visible on main page when I create them. Please help me in this regard.
