I recently wrote on an anthology work that is on DMsGuild, with ~30 writers (split over three volumes). It was really fun to have that community of working together, finding ways to ties things together between the different adventures. But also, there is sometimes a lower level of cohesion, just because there are so many voices. Luckily, a good editing staff can help mitigate that.
