Idk if this would be considered a magic system but I had a concept where people could travel to different worlds and universes, and learn skills and abilities from that world. (Let's say you get transplants in the Naruto Universe and learn how to use chakra). I loved the concept as it lets me have freedom in how my mc could develop over the story

And who says the cloth has to be ethically sourced
It couldn't have been woven from the tears of children which could be used to bring conflict in the future
