My max un weighted pull-up is around 10 with it going up to 15 with assistance in around 93kg bodyweight. I recently came across a shorts on YouTube by @RenaissancePeriodization that inspired me to try weighted pull-up. He said if you are able to do 5 to 10 unassisted pull-ups then I could go for weighted pull-up to increase my strength and performance. This was a wonderful experience and this video is a thankyou note to @RenaissancePeriodization .
