TRUE, except it is illegal for the board members of any state to do this and the will be arrested in some, according what I heard Mark Alias say. He also said they could likewise dismiss the Electoral votes from said state from the 270 total.

We have the option of winning the House and Senate and turning it over to the Democrats which doesn't guarantee a win, but does stop the chance of another BUSH/ GORE 2000!
