Could the same principals be applied to an air bubble under water? As in relation to gravity causing the gas giant to be spherical.

Prof. Anna, Does our earth also have a gas giant around it? What about other planets
in the Solar System?  Or is it that for Jupiter, the gravity is very strong( by the way what's is the magnitude of the gravitational force ), only then gas giants are formed??? We do have gases surrounding our Earth, too??? Please share your
findings on this!!! TQVM!
