They fought once from what I remember tho it wasn't really much of a fight as Pitch one shot Jack. Tho Pitch was amped in that fight and far stronger than he ever was probably because of nobody believing in the guardians and the "death" of Sandy. Actually Jack Frost is the strongest character in his verse, the movies just didn’t delve in the Rise of the Guardians lore because… well the first movie was a flop because people hated it for no reason.
Jack Frost is actually the reborn soul of Nightlight who was the only one to temporarily take Pitch out, he is the guardian of the Man in the Moon and much stronger than him. Both of them are star level, but Jack is implied and shown to be stronger.
