The third one where she's speaking Vietnamese. She understands it, but she's probably an immigrants kid. A lot of us forget the language because we don't really use it at home. It happens to people. She isn't lying about knowing Vietnamese or Japanese. She knows it, she just can't use it efficiently because she isn't actively pursuing the learning of it.

I don't think 3:17 and 9:18 were lying. They seemed to understand when you were speaking but maybe aren't totally fluent. 3:17 lady exaggerated her skills a bit to be sure off the bat. 0:36 and 11:48 were total bullshiters. 0:21 was a respectably quick fold.
