I tried today and it doesn't generate SVG anymore. Maybe the demand was too high because I got that message too.

It was able to give me code that let me use SVG generation in Excel using a table containing the code, as well as reversing arrows and text with minimal cleanup. So not useless, but yeah, it's tool with some very real limitations.
