I think the joke here is that she once ends the first word with "-zu" instead of "-chu" and then the second time she does it with the last word, so:
"Mazu Picchu"
"Machu Pizu"
I guess she has some difficulty to pronounce two consecutive words both ending with "-chu"

not a combination you see often in the show, so this episode stood out to me. it was fun seeing them together!
same reason why the episode with Ritsu and Mugi(i think?) stood out to me as well. love how the show actually makes them feel like a group of individuals clicking with one another, instead of having "seperate" groups in one circle.
