1. Heat Up A Large Cast Iron Pan Over Medium High Heat.
2. Divide The Pound Of Ground Beef Into 6 Parts. Lay Out The Corn Tortillas And Firmly Smash The Balls Into The Tortillas. The Meat Will Shrink So Go All The Way To The Edge. Season With The Holy Trinity; Salt, Pepper & Garlic.
3. Aggressively Throw Them Into The Cast Iron So It Makes Even Contact On The Pan. Have Fun With It LOL. Make Sure You Continue To Apply Pressure To The Taco To Get That Sear. After 2 Minutes You Should Have A Nice Crust. Scrape The Taco Off The Bottom Making Sure To Keep The Crust And Flip. Cook an Additional 2 Minutes To Crisp Up The Taco.
4. Remove From The Pan And Repeat With The Other 5.
5. Top With Your Favorite Toppings. I used Chipotle Aioli (Find It On My Page), Pickles And Thin Sliced Red Onion. (American Cheese Will Kill Me But It’s Also Plastic Garbage So I Would Skip That)
