I have a tendency toward perfectionism… and it slows me down a lot. I overthink, over do and overwhelm myself on a regular basis by paying too close of attention to the details. It can be a real problem.

• On the other side of that coin, it IS my name that is going onto my work and I want to only ever put out my best.

• Finding the balance between fine-tuning the details and just being obsessive and overly self-critical is a constant battle.
