My dad was a DS, I remember always trying to put on his BDUs whenever I got the chance to see him and the first thing he'd do when he got home and I was awake was put his campaign hat on my head. That's what made me want to join, I ended up doing 10 years active myself, never saw my old man more proud than the day I finished basic.

Just reminded me of my DS at Fort McClellan, AL. He was hard, but if you can believe it, fair...and when we graduated AIT, he treated us to dinner. Our class changed into civvies, piled into 2 pickups, and went to a restaurant. Best double cheeseburger and Coke ever.

I played this many times because it was a creative piece and the Clare de Lune background was fabulous and the black heart -shaped nose on that gorgeous Dalmatian …well let’s say that my eyes got plenty moist because my Dalmatian looked exactly the same and it brought back so many wonderful memories of our time together.
