What does ICCP stand for? McClean is not prepared for this job, every question is answered but does not understand processes or systems and programs already in place and how to utilize affiliations that are critical to expand current issues to resolutions.

Ha ha. We learned how to politically avoid answering questions in borah high school history class about 34 years ago. These 2 wouldn't pass that section of the class. They aren't even trying

Bieter is so out of touch, really saw that in his answers and shifting blame to the federal government.
