There was a blonde woman who boarded a plane bound for Sydney. She had an economy class ticket. Part way through the flight, she moved to first class. One of the flight attendants saw this and said that she had to go back to her seat. Blonde said: “I’m blonde and beautiful, and staying here!!” The chief steward was notify, and she told the blonde that she had to go back to her seat, because she didn’t have the right ticket for first class. Many American (especially low income) still believe Buick as well as most US brands are made in the US like an old days! They also still support big name American and German brand and refuse to believe these brand are being made in China!

Actually I have a 2008 X5. I have 240, 000+ miles on it. Only needed a water pump and a valve cover gasket. Of course brakes and tires. Still runs well and looks good. You take care of them and they will take care of you.

Scotty keeps warning us about German Cars, Turbos, and I keep buying used German cars with under 40, 000 miles....I save a lot of money buying used, but then I drive them for another 200, 000 miles....I keep them looking great AND running great by performing regular maintenance and fixing minor repairs when they come up...Friends and co-workers always wonder why my cars run so well, and theirs are "crapping out" when they barely do the minimum to keep them going.

BMW got in there because post 2014/2015 they’re actually pretty reliable but between 2000 and 2014 they are definitely not.

I subscribed to consumer reports for years. What I found is that most of the items they test, are sometimes not even available anymore. And they are always behind the times. Example - I was looking for a snowblower once, and their report on them came out long after all the sales. And I had many of the brands of items that they recommend fail me. You'll get more accurate info right here on YouTube and other sights

I generally dissgree with Consumer Reports. They seem biased to me. Plus, they don't really look at long-term performance.
