How would you react if someone in front of you lose his wallet? We really enjoyed the making of this social experiment because we was really curious to see the outcome.

When I was 12 in London this old man dropped his wallet on the bus, I went after him and gave him his wallet. He shouted at me for "taking what doesn't belong to me" snatched the wallet and walked away while mumbling about kids having no respect these days.

I'm really surprised that some people would actually take it. It didn't matter if I had no money, I could never do this to somebody.

I once accidently dropped my wallet without me knowing in a taxi.. there was cash and credit card. The taxi driver later that day came to my house to return the wallet. God bless that guy wherever he is.

a few years back, my boyfriend lost his wallet at an outdoor concert, Warped Tour. We freaked because it had all his ID's, debit card, and about $100 in it. We were about 4 hours out of town also, so we knew if we didn't find it before we left, we'd probably never see it again. 3 weeks later, a package with no return address shows up at his door. It had his wallet with everything, including the money, in it. We really wanted to thank whoever sent it back but, again, there was to return address. Seriously the coolest thing to ever happen though.

What the heck is wrong with people to take something that doesnt belong to them? Being a thief is the ultimate level of being self centered because you are only thinking about your own personal gain and you could care less how the person is gonna feel when they realize somebody took their stuff.

I once dropped my wallet at school, because it was in my jacket and i forgot to put it back in my bag after buying coffee. It was on my birthday and it contained the money I got from my parents, $200! Looked for it everywhere, it had everything from my license, health card to school ID... I almost cried.

Checked my school e-mail after hrs of looking for it everywhere, to see someone had turned it in at the lost items desk. Never been so happy in my life... 

I'm just glad I had a second chance at not being negligent, and some people are just naturally good.

When i was about 10 years old i dropped my wallet and these 3 17 years old criminal looking guys Said "hey you" so i turned around and i though they wanted to beat me Then they said " You dropped your wallet".

it still annoys me when people tell him he dropped it, but don't pick it up for him.

i've found 3 wallets in my life and mailed them all back, intact, to their owners. then i lost mine, and it was mailed back to me, intact. i like to think it was good credit. :D

One thing I will never understand it's stealing. Thats one of the things I hate the most. I could never do that and live like it never happened. Glad that there are still a few honest people in the world.

One time I was in the bathroom at school and I was having a really bad day. Found 20 dollar bill on the floor. Picked it up and put it in my pocket because no one was in there. Couple seconds later a girl comes in and is lik. "Excuse me did you see some money in here? My mom is gonna kill me if I don't have it." I didn't say anything but just turned around and looked in a mirror for a second then reached in my pocket and pulled it out and gave it to her without saying anything. When I got home I got a new puppy.
